Room rates are all inclusive
Individual Fixed Term Agreements are issued to each tenant
£400 damage deposit required per housemate. The damage deposit will be protected throughout the term of tenancy with a government backed scheme.
A holding bond of £100 is required to secure each room, this is refunded by deduction from the first month’s rent.
All students must provide a guarantor who can demonstrate the ability to financially support them should the need arise.
